Posting Your Case Briefs and Outlines on 4LawNotes.com

4LawNotes.com pays law students $2 per case brief for sharing their original QUALITY case briefs with other students. Further, students can now earn $15 for every course outline that they post on 4LawNotes.com. If you have prepared case briefs and/or outlines that you would like to sell, please email 4lawnotes (at) gmail.com (replace “at” with “@”).

We require that you abide by the following simple rules:

1. When emailing 4LawNotes.com to sell your briefs and/or outlines, please use your law school’s email account. We require students to use thier law school email accounts in order to discourage/prevent them from selling copyrighted work of others.

2. Please include the following information in your email:

(a) Your Name
(b) Your School
(c) Total Number of Case Briefs/Outlines You Want to Sell
(d) Number of Case Briefs Divided by Subjects (e.g., Con Law (100 Briefs), Criminal Procedure (50 Briefs), etc.)
(e) Name of your professor(s) (For Outlines Only)
(f) Title of the textbook + author(s) (For Outlines Only)
(g) Your PayPal email address. We make all payments through PayPal.com (If you do not have a PayPal account, we HIGHLY recommend that you open one. It’s secure and perhaps the easiest way to send/receive money on the Internet).
(h) A sample case brief that is representative of the overall quality of the case briefs that you wish to sell to 4LawNotes.com (For Case Briefs Only)

After your initial email, we will provide you with additional details on briefs/outlines transfer and payment. Again, please only sell case briefs and/or outlines that YOU HAVE PREPARED on your own.
