Posting Your Case Briefs and Outlines on 4LawNotes.com

4LawNotes.com pays law students $2 per case brief, for sharing their original QUALITY case briefs, that are not already in our database. Further, students can now earn $10 for every course outline that they post on 4LawNotes.com. If you have prepared case briefs and/or outlines that you would like to sell, please email info at 4lawnotes.com (replace “at” with “@”).

We require that you abide by the following simple rules:

1. When emailing 4LawNotes.com to sell your briefs and/or outlines, please use your law school’s email account. We require students to use their law school email accounts in order to discourage/prevent them from selling copyrighted work of others.

2. Please include the following information in your email:

(a) Your Name and Law School
(b) Total Number of Case Briefs or outlines You Want to Sell
(c) Your PayPal email address.
(d) A sample case brief that is representative of the overall quality of the case briefs that you wish to sell to 4LawNotes.com

(e) (For Outlines Only) Name of your professor
(f) (For Outlines Only) Title of the textbook + author

- We make all payments through PayPal.com (If you do not have a PayPal account, we HIGHLY recommend that you open one. It’s secure and perhaps the easiest way to send and receive money on the Internet).

- After your initial email, we will provide you with additional details on briefs/outlines transfer and payment. Again, please only sell case briefs and/or outlines that YOU HAVE PREPARED on your own, and that are not already in our database.
